Happy Dancing Feet:D

Firstly, a disclaimer - please excuse my crappy photography and messy flat in the background. Do you know how hard it is to take photos of your own legs?!

These corset socks (I like to call them "corsocks") are made with plain black socks, burgundy lace, ribbon and jump rings. For extra views, see a closer shot of one here and the pair on their own here.

Sculpey beads sewn on with satin ribbon (and a BIG needle).

This may not be my actual foot (I could not figure out how to photograph it while I was wearing them) but these are totally wearable - in the house that is. I don't think you could put shoes on!

You are only seeing one sock because I ran out of beads :). I spent a whole day making the beads out of a pack of each red and cream sculpey. Much to my surprise, I ran out while assembling the socks. I did not have the energy to go back to the craft store to get the clay and then make the beads and get them sewn on before the contest. So you get one!

This was a wild contest - I can not wait to see all the entries :)

The flowers are iron-ons (no, I didn't embroider them! lol). Everything else is sewn on. The lace stretches! The dragonflies seemed to be too much, but I left them anyway. :)

I don't get to wear these, they've been claimed already by my daughter! ;)
