The Mai Tai, my favorite drink! 1 1/2oz fresh squeezed lime juice, 1/2oz Curacau, 1/4oz orgat syrup, 1/4oz rock candy syrup, 1oz Pyrat XO rum, 1oz Zaya rum. Shake with ice and strain into double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice and spent lime shell. Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy. Cheers!
