We're looking for some Worthy boxers!

This time we are leaving the contest wide open. But it's gotta have a lid.

Your task is to make a box.
That's it. Any material that inspires you. It must have a lid visible either on the box or next to it. Exaspera's wonderful themepost give an idea of just how far you can take this project!

Your box must be 12" (30cm) or less across the longest edge, including embellishments. The base side must be rectangular: we are looking for a traditional 6 sided box, not a dodecahedron. You must make the box, not just embellish an existing box.

Possible materials include: metal, wood, paper, clay, cheese, wax, glass, flower petals - the options are endless. Cut it, fold, it, glue it, nail it - whatever works.

Upload a photo of your box. You may include ONLY ONE photo in your entry (no collage/multiple angles), however, feel free to link multiple angle photos in your comments. Please set up your box in front of a plain background: a sheet of paper or cloth or just a white wall are sufficient. Although this is not a photo contest, please make sure the picture is in focus; if we cannot see your artwork properly, you risk disqualification.
