This is a Bonus level contest
To create a polarama, you need to start with a horizontal image that is at least twice as wide as high (panoramic are perhaps the best) and a software program such as photoshop that has a polar coordinate filter.
Photojojo has an excellent tutorial to follow.
It is quite easy and the results can be spectacular as you can see by Solar Attraction By kimbomac.
This bonus contest allows for you to selectively manipulate your images as you may need to stitch several to create a panorama image to start with and cloning and blending to make sure everything blends well together. Please remember all photographs must be taken by you.
NOTE: Quality will be strictly enforced in this contest. So please bring us your best and don't be offended if your picture is disqualified.
