I used fill flash to light up his eyes and well worn face. He lives on a boat.

Effective use of a quality flash is the only method I've found to stop action, light up the subject and capture the detail of our high school swim team when they compete in our very poorly lit pool. I'm the only parent that still brings a camera. PLEASE VIEW FULL
