This is an Advanced level contest
----------------------------------
The basic idea of this contest is to pan your camera along in time with a moving subject to retain it as being sharp and the background as blurred. This creates a sense of movement and speed.
Using a subject that goes along a straight line makes it easier to get good results, such as racing cars and bicyclists such as the "Tour de France" by CraigR1976, as it is easier to predict where to pan. Subjects that go up and down or side to side are much more challenging, but hey, we all like a challenge, don't we?
You must absolutely pan in camera and not add to the blur effect in photoshop. Please keep your originals (as taken in camera without any manipulation what-so-ever, in case you are asked to produce proof.
NOTE: Quality will be strictly enforced in this contest. So please bring us your best and don't be offended if your picture is disqualified.
