Don't eat the rust-ic mushroom, turning to rust is contagious.
Enjoy!Here is the original
A bit of back story...but only if you want to read it.The Model #150 was the first to utilize the EmotiCore Processor and Realistique skin (actual flesh grown at RealDyne Inc.), to mimic human emotions and expressions on a Cy-unit, resulting in a truly amazing reproduction. Millions rolled off the line.Due to that realism and the 150's eventual self awareness (see article: A.I. Emotional Evolution),and the ensuing hysteria over events involving modified Cy-units that were indistinguishable from humans without scanners, they were also the last.Amendment 150.150.01 added after the Cy-unit uprising of 2205, that no future units would so closely emulate humans, and ordered all Model #150's decommissioned and destroyed. Many of the units continued their evolution of emotion upon after the amendment was past, and fearing for their "lives", fled into hiding.Cy-hunts ensued for years. No place was safe. And the 150's knew that once captured, and due to the 500 year life cycle of their non removable power units, they would have their limbs removed, their torsos attached to heavy chains, and would be sunk deep into the ocean. This process became known as "Wake Rusting"...The "Wake Rusting" process was automated and performed by B Class Demo units shortly after the process began...because the human operators could not withstand the reactions of the doomed 150's, despite knowing they were Cy-units. The tears, screams and pleading to be spared were no less real to them. The B Class Demo units are not equipped with an emotion chip.*It is noted that the faces are almost unmarred, while the rest of the exposed skin has began to rust to varying degrees. This abnormal rusting is caused by an unknown event/process at this time, and not medically explainable as the skin is bio based...
