Did this in Painter 11 mostly, and used Photoshop towards the end for the displacement of the reflection and final tweaking. Original working size is: 3500 pixels wide.Here's a WIP.

A landscape of depression is what the cold world holds for us. Cityscapes will be full of grey moods dullness. There's something to look forward to.
The day will come when we human beings will be forced to abandon Earth and colonize another planet. It may not be as hospitable as our own.
