CONTEST DESCRIPTION
In this free contest, your task is to design a logo for The Jet Center, they provide services for private/professional aviation scheduled maintenance, non destructive testing and 24 hr. AOG service (aircraft on ground).
The design will appear on all company branding and advertising (i.e. website, logos, stationary, embroidery on uniforms, etc..).
PRIZES
- The top entry that the client chooses will receive $200.
- The second entry that the client chooses will receive $50.
- The third entry that the client chooses will receive $50.
- The top voting winner will get 100 credits.
CLIENT RULES
- Logos must contain the words "The Jet Center". This is not cAsE SeNsItIvE.
- The logo can contain any number of colors. The client prefers steel blues, silver, white, black and grey (or any combination of these).
- Entries may contain gradients. A non-gradient logo is preferred for logo versatility of use and placement; however, gradients will be considered if quality of creative work is exceptional.
- The logo style must be simple, versatile, with a sense of aerodynamic presence and unique. No cartoon-like images. Their target audience is pilots, crew members, operators, controllers, flight operations personnel, aircraft managers, maintenance personnel and fixed based operators.
- Your logo should represent professionalism, confidence, aviation, high-tech and technology.
- Anything symbolizing aircraft, air and flying with hint of luxury may be used. Technical symbols representing confidence and security may be used.
Some examples of logo's they like are Nike, Worldwide Jet, Boeing and the old McDonnell Douglas Logo.
- Any symbol that has a cartoonish, casual, or animated (fake) look may not be used.
- The font should have a professional look and be easy-to-read from a distance. Please upload your font to your corporate files area.
- The client would like logo files in the following formats: .JPG, .EPS, .PSD, .GIF.

GENERAL RULES
- Please upload your vector file (.ai or .eps) or high resolution photoshop files with all layers and elements intact (.psd), to the corporate files attachment area at the time you submit an entry (you will be prompted after uploading your image).
- Do not enter slight variations of your logo as separate entries. Enter them as a single entry.
- Fancy background presentation is not allowed. Solid color backgrounds, that's it.
- Please leave some white space at the bottom of your entry so the worth1000 watermark doesn't overlap it.

- The client will be granted the full rights to all aspects of the submission of their choice as a work-for-hire in exchange for the prize mentioned above.
