CONTEST DESCRIPTION

In this free contest, your task is to design a logo for Extelligent Design, a company specializing in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, and provides training, consulting and products to help customers make the most out of their extelligence - their intra\internet sites. Please see this article for a definition of "Extelligence" - in short, it is "all the cultural capital that is available to us in the form of tribal legends, folklore, nursery rhymes, books, videotapes, CD-ROMs, etc...". This makes intranets (sites used within companies) and internet sites to be vast sources of extelligence.

The design will appear on business cards, website, letterhead and mail signatures.

PRIZES

• The top entry that the client chooses will receive $300.
  


• The top voting winner will get 100 credits.

CLIENT RULES

• Logos must contain the words "Extelligent Design". This is not cAsE SeNsItIvE. Optionally, you may include the tag-line "SharePoint Training, Development and Consulting".
  


• The logo can contain any number of colors. Make it professional, yet exciting (refer to the microsoft office logo).
  


• Entries may contain gradients.
  


• The logo style must be web2.0 or business professional. Their target audience is IT people who decide who to give the next project of the internet site or intranet site development to.
  


• Your logo should represent professional, intelligent and experts.
  


• The client is open to symbol options. The client likes the logo from microsoft office or microsoft sharepoint logos.
  


• Do not add any wording (tag-lines) to your design.
  


• Any font may be used. Please upload your font to your corporate files area.
  


• They need a vector file, a .gif with transparent background (for web) and a .jpg for emails.
  


• Before entering this contest you must read this thread.

GENERAL RULES

• Please upload your vector file (.ai or .eps) or high resolution photoshop files with all layers and elements intact (.psd), to the corporate files attachment area at the time you submit an entry (you will be prompted after uploading your image).
  


• Do not enter slight variations of your logo as separate entries. Enter them as a single entry.
  


• Fancy background presentation is not allowed. Solid color backgrounds, that's it.
  


• Please leave some white space at the bottom of your entry so the worth1000 watermark doesn't overlap it.
  


• Any questions about what is desired by the client may be sent to corporate@worth1000.com.
  


• The client will be granted the full rights to all aspects of the submission of their choice as a work-for-hire in exchange for the prize mentioned above.
