I love how nature gave me a thick layer of ice over my car to deflect car theft nightly. It was impressive when the locks were frozen. Thank you nature!
I'm totally going to miss the sweet folks in my neighborhood that 'lend a hand' by 'waving' at me when my car won't start.
I will miss the cold making my nipples hard enough to cut glass. I feel as though I could have had a promising career as a cat burglar.
Oh yes, I went there! lol
I will dearly miss having the heat in the car kick in at about the time I reach my destination.
I'll miss how quickly I can get to the bus stop by gracefully falling down and sliding all the way there in a most sophisticated fashion on my butt!
(This is a true story, no word of a lie!)
When I cherish this winter, I will look lovingly upon the heartwarming moments when my dogs rolled in something smelly and it was too cold to bathe them.
For those who are wondering, I have big boxers (too big to wash inside) who hate baths.
I will really miss the heart-pounding excitement of being passed in a blinding snowstorm on a hill by someone who believes they live in Australia.
Sad, but true.
I'll miss being able to exercise my biceps each morning by scraping two inches of ice off the windscreen before leaving for work.
I will miss the temperature being so low, that flipping the pillow to get to the cool side would be redundant.
I'll be so sad when winter is over; having people laugh at me because my snot is frozen to my face really brightens my day.
Isn't the freezing cold wonderful?
