CONTEST DESCRIPTION

In this free contest, your task is to design a logo for BAM (Blue Asset Management), a real estate fund management, investment and advisory company that specializes in purchasing discounted loans and bank owned real estate assets at substantially reduced values, adding value to assets as necessary (fixing up the properties), and selling the homes or commercial real estate at a profit. Their mission is to deliver exceptional risk adjusted returns to their investors, while helping to provide a new start to overburdened property owners.

The logo will be used for their company on presentations, business cards, stationary, website, etc...

PRIZES

• The top entry that the client chooses will receive $200.
  


• The second entry that the client chooses will receive $50.
  


• The top voting winner will get 100 credits.

CLIENT RULES

• Logos must contain the words "BAM" or "BAM Partners" or no text at all, just a symbol/logo. This is cAsE SeNsItIvE. With any of the three choices used you must include the words "Blue Asset Management" either on the side or on the bottom, perhaps in smaller print.
  


• The logo can contain any number of colors. The important thing is that it is business professional, although could have dynamism. They would like to see some shade of blue included.
  


• Entries may contain gradients, but remember to keep it professional.
  


• The logo style must be business professional. Their target audience consists of high net worth individuals and small institutions who are potential investors; bank and other financial executives from who they purchase products; and individuals and purchasers of homes and properties.
  


• Your logo should represent professionalism, integrity, stability, dynamic, real estate and success.
  


• The client is open to symbol options.
  


• They do not want to see logos that have a single family house, they are not real estate brokers. However, other real estate images may be appropriate.
  


• Any font may be used. Please upload your font to your corporate files area.
  


• The logo files must be vector.
  


• Before entering this contest you must read this thread.

GENERAL RULES

• Please upload your vector file (.ai or .eps) to the corporate files attachment area at the time you submit an entry (you will be prompted after uploading your image).
  


• Do not enter slight variations of your logo as separate entries. Enter them as a single entry.
  


• Fancy background presentation is not allowed. Solid color backgrounds, that's it.
  


• Please leave some white space at the bottom of your entry so the worth1000 watermark doesn't overlap it.
  


• Any questions about what is desired by the client may be sent to corporate@worth1000.com.
  


• The client will be granted the full rights to all aspects of the submission of their choice as a work-for-hire in exchange for the prize mentioned above.
