Welcome to the "Best of Worth1000.com Illustration Calendar Series!"
ALL ENTRANTS MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND THE COMPLETE RULES LISTED IN THIS THREAD.
This month's theme is "Mythology"
This month's contest asks that you explore the stories that have shaped cultures and civilizations throughout the ages. Show us the Gods and Heroes, the trials and tribulations, the allegories and morals. No making up stuff; your art should depict a recognizable myth.
You know the subjects here: Zeus and his penchant for seducing women as an animal (yeah, nothing creepy about that), animal-headed gods of Egypt that, um, walk like an Egyptian, and that Norse god who must be a contractor or something... And their lovely pets, Medusa, the Sphinx and the horse from the TriStar credits.
LIMIT OF TWO ENTRIES PER USER.
ENTER A PHOTOGRAPH AND YOU MAY FORFEIT ELIGIBILITY FOR FUTURE CALENDAR AND/OR ILLUSTRATION CONTESTS.
SPECIAL RULES: For this series only, you may re-enter previous entries or edit previous entries in addition to creating new artwork. Be aware: you cannot re-enter the same entry more than once for this series. (The full year's theme list is in this thread.)
