Reference: http://www.tykesyc.co.uk/FWThumbnails/LOGOS/lion_10.jpg My third attempt at drawing. This was an exercise in keeping the proportions right and crating a likeness with the model. In other words, I was learning how to draw smething that actually looks like the reference.Came out pretty good, I think.I used a graphite pencil and a charcoal pencil.
An older piece, but a fun piece. I had alot of fun with the detail of the octopus. There was so much to work with and it definately took on a life of its own
This man was my favorite musician. The only thing I wish is that I could have reproduced his striking green eyes. The world lost an accomplished musician the day he died. I will miss his hauntingly deep voice.

This is one of my best pencil works and my first entry to illustration contests, wish me luck...The portrait is about 11x7", done on recycled paper :P with HB and 2B leads. Took me around 3 hours on and off to complete this.Your comments are welcome!
I think that Bruce Lee was the sexiest man that ever lived. His chiseled form certainly is a pleasure to draw and makes a great study of the human form. Think of how much he effected all martial arts in movies as you will notice references to him in almost every film that has a martial arts sequence.
hope you like it...i tried to draw my sister and put some abstarct images in the back. lol...the girl ended up not looking like my sis so much, but i guess its ok anyways!coments please!_______________________________________________________________________________________I used a comon pencil (i dont really know the names of all the diferent tipes of pencils) and used a white paper.I made this drawing pretty small so i had to put more dpi's to better the quality. It took me a few days to finish. i staretd out with the girl and then i stopped for some days...after i ended up finishing it.
