CONTEST DESCRIPTION

In this free contest, your task is to design a logo for Legal Intelligence Society, a dutch association. Members are dutch lawyer firms which all use the legal search engine Legal Intelligence (www.legalintelligence.com). The association stands up for the interests of its members.

The logo will be used in all expressions of the association. Mainly on the website and in correspondence.

PRIZES

• The top entry that the client chooses will receive $200.
  


• The second entry that the client chooses will receive $50.
  


• The third entry that the client chooses will receive $50.
  


• The top voting winner will get 100 credits.

CLIENT RULES

• Logos must contain the words "Legal Intelligence Society". This is not cAsE SeNsItIvE.
  


• The logo can contain up to 4 main colors, but shades of each color may be used. They prefer red, black, white and gray (or any combination of these colors).
  


• Entries may contain gradients.
  


• The logo style must be business professional. The logo must differ significantly from the current Legal Intelligence logo on www.legalintelligence.com. Their target audience will be members and partners of the association.
  


• Your logo should represent a cooperation, use of software, legal environment and the search of information.
  


• The client is open to symbol options.
  


• No cartoons may be used.
  


• Any font may be used. Please upload your font to your corporate files area.
  


• Before entering this contest you must read this thread.

GENERAL RULES

• Please upload your vector file (.ai or .eps) or high resolution photoshop files with all layers and elements intact (.psd), to the corporate files attachment area at the time you submit an entry (you will be prompted after uploading your image).
  


• Do not enter slight variations of your logo as separate entries. Enter them as a single entry.
  


• Fancy background presentation is not allowed. Solid color backgrounds, that's it.
  


• Please leave some white space at the bottom of your entry so the worth1000 watermark doesn't overlap it.
  


• Any questions about what is desired by the client may be sent to corporate@worth1000.com.
  


• The client will be granted the full rights to all aspects of the submission of their choice as a work-for-hire in exchange for the prize mentioned above.
