My main entry is the one that I feel is the closest to the originals posted. I couldn't figure anything else out for the one part out of the window than a brick wall, and perhaps a patio. I am a bit pleased with how I got the reflection on the doctor's mirror to look.

On the main entry, the skin of the people looked so terribly bright, that I also made a version with more muted skin colors.

The last entry is without the brick wall outside the window. Basically, the different features can be mixed and matched, as they are just different blend modes on the layers.

All layers in the PSD are named for easy tweak/change of color, should the client so desire.
