I'm not waiting to rise from the ashes in this furnace of a nest. I'm bailing now!A juvenile phoenix leaps from his treetop home to rightly take over the forest as overseer due to the timely demise of both of his parents and the unfortunate death of his weaker brother.I did a lot of experimenting with different color changes. In the end I like the more natural blues and greens version best. You always hear about the phoenix arising from the ashes, but no one ever talks about it's hatching from the egg. So I decided it was time to show that. :-)
