Storm in the olden times. Please zoom for detail.
Inspired by the Grimm fairy tale "The Fisherman and His Wife". At the end of the story the magic flounder is greatly displeased by the fisherman's repeated requests on his wife's behalf. Each time the requests become increasingly more greedy and outlandish, and the ire of the flounder is reflected in the surrounding state of the weather. The final demand is so outrageous that nature rebels in a violent stormy protest.Produced using Macromedia Freehand.

This started out with me just playing around trying to make a starlit night scene but everyone said it looked like snow. Then this contest came up and I made some additions and delete a real tree. The snow man was from my christmas gift tags but is still my own work. The tree was made with vectors and looks a lot like one the neighbors just had removed after is split in the last snow we had.any tips welcome yes this is my first entry in the Illustration dept. but not my first on W1K. So I have my big boy panties on. Tell it like it is
One of my first illustrations. I know it isn't that good but I'm learning :)
