Pantalone was a stock character in the Commedia dell Arte. He was a mean and miserly caricature of a rich Venetian merchant, usually with a young wife or rebellious daughter.

Just wanted to do something that was dramatic, that had some 'depth'... yet would be fun to "color" in the later coloring contest. Hope you like it!
I had this idea in my head - wanted it to be reminiscent of a Lichtenstein.Got my inspiration from this reference picture.Drawing the hair was the most enjoyable part!
