These are slightly different logos but didn't want to take the chance of them looking too similar to have one disqualified so I have places them together. The company could choose to use one logo or use them in conjunction with each other depending on their application.

The larger top one, I faded the heartbeat theme off as not to invoke it starting out as "dead" or flatlined. This would give a negative image of what the company is trying to achieve. Because the heartbeat is the dominate visual here I chose to fade it out.

The lower version, I left the heartbeat graphic solid because it is smaller and less of an impact and would not invoke a "flatline" image at this size. If needed the bottom one can be faded out to match the top look.

The symbol is seamless (composed of only one line) to also represent the everlasting cycle of life. The coloring compliments the look, and adds a slight natural feel to the logo. The font that is used is modern yet invokes stability and trust.

The symbol is a stylised leaf representing the connection to nature, the natural way of life, health, etc. It also resembles the shape of the human heart. The colors are also specifically chosen to accompany the "nature" look of the design.
