My logo tries to convey the fun, vitality, supportiveness, cooperation and positive forward looking qualities inherent in our youth. The figures stand on the edge of the earth ( also a bridge so to speak ) forward looking. Also relating the earth to the universe puts national boundaries, colours, creeds into perspective. The figures are meant to be colourless and can be printed on whatever stock/colour paper....i went foran earth encompassing human race look not cliche black/white/yellow/red/race holding hands. The central supported figure is reaching upwards and outward while the side figures are jumping out of the constraints of the box..........thinking outside the square. The heads can also sybolise stars or balls ( keeping the ball up or alive takes cooperation and teamwork - analogy to problem solving )
The colors and arrows represent the different nationalities coming together. If chosen, I would be happy to write a detailed explanation.
THIMUN: One World
THIMUN: Different paths - One direction.
- The ring in the center represents the World.- The four vibrant colors on the logo represents multi cultural youths from the four corners of the world, coming together as a unity (pointing to the center of the world)- The ring in the center also acts as a 'co-operation/link of the four 'youths'- White fill was chosen in the middle ring (world) to show the coming together of the youths to form a pure/unbiased inter-culture understanding - THIMUN.- There is also a hint of the letter "t" formed by the logo to represent the first letter of THIMUN.- Font used is "BankGothic MD BT" This was chosen for its modern 'cool' look.- The THIMUN logo may be used on its own or together with "THIMUN" and/or "Youth Assemble"- The THIMUN logo is also legible in black and white for other application such as faxes.- Overall the THIMUN logo is simple, eye catching, and easily recognizable and remembered.

THUMIN: Explosion of ideas
At first I thought of people from different races standing hand in hand, but that seemed a bit childish (and lame) so I tried a more serious approach and put them around a table (having a discussion). The font I used is: Myriad-Roman. I've scaled this image to prevent compression so there is no need to view full. Vector file available.
