Girl Scout Camp

This is my first colorization entry ever. I hope you like it. It took me much more time than I had expected in the beginning.

I preparartion for the longest day, the longest barracks had to be constructed.

Within this barrack photo is Ted Williams, (WWII and Korea fighter pilot) - Ernie Banks, Korean War Veteran (Army), Jackie Robinson, WWII (Army)and Warren Spahn, WWII (Army)Combined, these guys missed 9 years of their careers to fight for their country. (Jackie Robinson did not make his Major league Debut until 1947, but still served)

These are the messiest barracks I've ever seen. I guess nobody's home because the drill sergeant is making the platoon do pushups outside.

Masking, masking, masking, masking...

Well... I am not entirely satisfied with the heaters but please view this big pic full for all the details (i.e. the padlocks and ironworks).

Nobody could figure out how Seaman Jones kept his shoes shinier than everybody else's, until the fateful day when his bunkmate caught him in the act with some of the local women folk.... :)

I spent alot of time on this. any coments on how I can improve would be great. Pleas view full.

it only occurred to me five layers in that most of it would be green! hope it's not the 50th similar entry...
