A rendition of a camera's iris in origami style. The bold colors and contrast make for a distinctive logo. The 'shutter' action could easily be animated for added impact.

Intended to have a neo-oriental, minimalistic & modern persona. For the purposes of brand identity & trend - I have combined the "O" & "G" in the logo sample. I feel this gives it a more memorable market presence & adds some creativity & uniqueness to the identity. The "G swoosh" was intended to mimic a generic oriental brush stroke, common in ancient Asian calligraphy & typography. However, to avoid mis-directing the client's customer base, I limited all symbolism, & oriental theme's to subtle references. I think it establishes a good balance between modern eastern symbolism & practical western appeal.
