This took a while... and guess what? Yeah... image search... Hope you enjoy ;)

He kind of has that Prohibition-era cop look don't you think? The angle of the building suggested a police officers hat when I saw it and this Olmec gent has the look of someone who would whack you with a lead sap when he wasn't busy taking bribes.

The scale isn't perfect; finding a flight of stairs that even remotely matched the perspective was a whole lot harder than I thought.
