- "Airhead" might feature a hybrid balloon-head.
- "Roger Clemens has a rocket of an arm" as in Roc4u's themepost.
Use your phrase or expression as your image title to make evaluating it easier. You will be rated on your ability to clearly convey an idea, not how funny it is.
