I was going for the feel of "movement"...which I think I achieved. The "T" in movement is obviously The Cross. I went with the clients request for "earth tones" and added the setting sun....I think it has an "orange sunset" appeal to it, as this logo is to promote their "evening" service. I think it looks good on the back of a t-shirt, is simple, effective and has a cutting edge to it...Three colors used: BlackOrange: Pantone 36-1 cvsGold: Pantone 18-2 cvsFonts Used: Aurora Cn BT and Helevetica BoldView full and be blessed!
movement logofont impact
I made a simple modern looking design in two font styles, one more modern type and one more classic. I used warm and inviting colours. The man in the arrow represent the community. The arrow stands for reaching the people who are searching for Christ.View full for better quality.
modern look
I used italics for "movemen" to accentuate the "symbolic" move toward the T/cross.
reminded by religious broadsheets in my youthwould be ideal as a linocut, or rubber stamp. in a simple print process im allowing the rough edges to bleed as to deepen the inks.
