Paul lives a quiet life in San Francisco, and doesn't much care if he gets into any record books. At 10'5" however, he shatters the previous record of 7'9".

In 1978, Harold Ziegler began breeding parakeets for sale. He managed a small aviary in his home to start with, and soon had cages throughout several rooms in his house. After several accidental "death by sitting" incidents with his birds, he decided to try breeding his birds with different types of parakeets to achieve a larger species. Finally this year he was successful in his venture. Harold is pictured here, in his garden, with the end result of those years of experimentation...the Parakeetus Humongousus.

Growing up, Mike Jones was always told he was too short to play, that he'd never make it to the big show. Determined to prove his naysayers wrong, Jones dedicated his life to basketball, and is today one of the finest guards in the country, dazzling spectators with an amazing array of dribbling and passing skills. The real shocks, however, come when the 4' 7" Jones takes off on a breakaway, reeling off massive a tomahawk dunk over any unfortunate defenseman that thinks little of him.
