CONTEST DESCRIPTION

In this free contest, your task is to create a logo for BIG SKY Fabrication & Welding, a metal fabrication and art welding company.

The client is a small, new company located in Oregon. The logo will be used for all tangible items that sell the brand to the public (letterhead, website, biz cards, signage etc...)

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We provide welding & fabrication services by creating & welding parts or "widgets" that may be used to create an end product (machine or other purpose); welding repair for any metal objects, machines, farm equipt., vehicles; also make all sorts of ornamental & art including gates, arbours, shelving, tables, chairs, yard art etc... Our tag line is (thisdoes not need to be in the logo, just helps people understand how we think): "They Sky is the limit...bring your imagination!"

PRIZES

• The top entry the client chooses will receive $100*.
  


• The top voting winner will get 100 credits.
  


• The second voting winner will get 100 credits.

CLIENT RULES

• The logo must include the words "BIG SKY Fabrication & Welding". This is cAsE sensitive so spell it exactly as shown.
  


• The logo can contain any number of colors, but please use as few as possible. No preference as to which.
  


• Preferably no gradients. Entries may be disqualified if they contain them, unless the admins think they are really good.
  


• Logo should look professional & modern; simple, clean, & eye catching, cartoon ok
  


• The logo should represent feelings of professional, serious; people should understand right away what the business is by not having to study it too long to figure it out.
  


• Any font can be used as long as company can replicate and is easily accessible font. Prefer a font that is easy to read and looks clean in print.
  


• Please upload your font to your corporate files area.

GENERAL RULES

• Please upload your vector file (.ai or .eps) or high resolution photoshop files with all layers and elements intact (.psd), to the corporate files attachment area at the time you submit an entry (you will be prompted after uploading your image).
  


• Please do not enter slight variations of your logo as separate entries. Enter them as a single entry.
  


• Please leave some white space at the bottom of your entry so the worth1000 watermark doesn't overlap it.
  


• Any questions about what is desired by the client may be sent to corporate@worth1000.com.
  


• The client will be granted the full rights to all aspects of the submission of their choice as a work-for-hire in exchange for the prize mentioned above.
