It is a little known fact that Jax was once a world famous photographer for the stars, and that is how he met his beautiful and very famous wife, Erica Hepburn, seen here with her old flame, Cary Grant. They met during this photo shoot, and she's only had eyes for Brad Pi-, er *Jax*, ever since.

And, of course, Arnold was extremely honored to meet Avi, though some of the tabloids thought that after his last movie Arnold was just doing some schmoozing and hanging around with big-shots in order to help his career.

Jax and his lady spent New Years Eve with the night's only true celebrity in Times Square.
