Sure you can create still images. It's easy. You do it every day in our competitions. But can you depict motion in a still image? This will contest will stretch your skills and imagination. For help you can refer to the Mmmmmmotion
tutorial by BrownTrout.
The rules of this game are thus: Create any image that depicts motion in a still image. No animations. Keyword: "still image." Any subject is allowed, so long as motion is depicted. You'll have 48 hours for this contest, so make your submission count.
Hint: Linking to the original in your Players comments, while not necessary, can help voters judge your changes.
