Orthetrum cancellatum, Black-tailed Skimmer, a dragonfly. It is female or young male, as the adult male is blue. This one made a lot of noise when navigating along the path rather than through the neighboring greenery. Navigation must have been difficult with the damaged wing which was the reason the loud rasping noise.
