For whatever reason this popped into my warped little mind. I was thinking... a T-rex being a meat eater, would have really horrible bad breath. Solution....mint!

Above is a depiction of the once strong and proud Barnasaurus. Due to a severe earthquake a small number of this species were trapped in a canyon. The only food source available to them was the soon to be extinct "Purple People Eater" (due to lack of people to eat). If that weren't bad enough this species was forced to inbreed for millions of years resulting in an evolutionary mutation known unfortunately today as .....you guessed it....Barney the Purple Dinosaur. Sad but true.

Long before "Dinotopia" was published, I made this drawing. A fantasy dream I had. I have always loved dinosaurs, collected the plastic toys, as a kid. I was thinking of coloring via photoshop this drawing, I did a little spot coloring to see if it would work. Hope this qualifies for the competition.

I know it would seem more appropriet to have a little boy...but deep down my faverite pet would have been a baby loch ness
