An Atlas Moth with big wings :) took me about 6 hours and around 1000 layers. Don't forget to view full, cuz the compression's messed this up.
Well, that was certainly a lot of shapes. Hope you guys enjoy it.
Koi done using only the shape and the occasional 'ocean wave'. Even the black on the red fish is all the shape over and over.
This was an attempt to mimic one of the covers for Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here.

First of all: I like this kind of contests! This is my first entry (besides a training grounds contest). I first started of making just a woman's face, then decided to add the grass and the butterfly. Pretty satisfied with the result.
