1 x Sword, 2 x Dining Chairs, 2 x Lengths of Fishing Wire, Lotsa Lights & Lotsa Duct Tape = Fun with strange angles.
I had a funny accident happen today. I was down in the Third Ward in Milwaukee trying to get some good shots (90% of which ended up terrible, unfortunately). I found a really cool little popcorn stand that I wanted to gets pics of. Just as I set up my camera a bunch of people walked in front of the camera to get popcorn. While they were busy I sat there messing with the camera.I snapped a few sample shots, ignoring the photos and just paying attention to the histogram readings. After everyone left I snapped some pics.Well, I get home and downloaded the photos and saw this:
I have named her Sarah Ann Dipity. lol I showed it to my wife and she gave me The Look, then went back to watching TV. She didn't think it was as funny as I did.[Edited by User on 6/12/2009 5:13:45 AM]
Not shot today, but I processed these today. Had a wedding last week. I love the kids arguing about who is allowed to carry the basket:

Cool very nice. I like how the disappears into nothingness.and the list of utilities makes me wonder what the setup looked like. :)

That is a great shot. A contest winning one I'd say. Should have saved that.

ok, I'll see that prairie dog and raise you one unknown bird of prey. I was just putting my gear back in my car when this hawk or whatever swooped down and grabbed one of the prairie dogs....hence the crappy quality

ok, you got me on that one :Pedit because I do have this, While it is not exactly what you would consider a bird of prey, and its not swooping down to catch a prarie dog, it IS a bird catching prey :) A blue heron feeding in the wild.

You know when you take a pic (even a snapshot) that you just love, you cannot put your finger on it and you know most other people will look at it shrug. Well that is what happened with this one. This is my son at a local orienteering event.
went on a helicopter flight to see if it would work for an event shoot downtown.Turns out the angles are pretty blah so it won't work for the job at hand . . . but hey, it was a free helicopter ride!!

Seriously? Orienteering? That's way cool. I did that a lot with Boy Scouts back in the day. It's a seriously important skill, even in today's GPS-centric world :)[Edited by User on 6/13/2009 12:26:55 PM]

I was out on a photo walk, and saw him standing in the river, every time I went for the shot, he would fly a bit further down river. I stalked him for about a half mile down the river before I could get close enough to get a few shots without him seeing me. And luckily he happened to catch a fish right at the time :)

cool! I love it when the stalking and luck come together!
I hope I did this right. I wasn't sure how to submit a photo. Anyway, Ebonheart told me I couldn't post a picture of my tree that I took Wednesday night after it broke apart in a storm, so I just went outside and snapped a picture before it got too dark.
Oops....I guess it was too big. Sorry. I did save it as 800 px across and 74k. Hmmmm....

It's still very cool.
Thanks! Looks kinda bad as the only tree in my backyard, though. ;)
We had to go to the coin operated laundry to wash a big blanket (Too big for our puny machine!), and as you do, I got bored and started playing:
Wow, laundry never looked so good!
My truck in an empty industrial parking lot late at night.

Great image. I love the 2001 space Odyssey feel.I find your logo a bit distracting though. I noticed it in the sword image too. It is a bit too obtrusive. Is that on purpose to protect your image? Because it is a shame it's blocking parts of the image.
Processing some of my left over vacation photos from last year...
Oh, squaredd, that is just beautiful. How did you ever find that lovely oasis?
A couple of shots from Box Hill in Surrey
