Awesome Blossom.... thanks you guys. I thought it was my computer slowing down. The word Bots, conjures up a mental image of roach like creatures surfing the net. Creepy. My virus program, Trend Micro, removes spy ware daily. Is that similar to Bots? Interesting read, and a cute kitten. Thanks again.

That's great... I like the concept... except for when the "real" bot from Google comes along to spider your site... then they get effected too.So eventually you'll have to allow the bots back in, otherwise all your SEO stuff would go downhill.
I have no clue what possessed me to read this thread, since I know so little about computerese, but decided what the heck when I saw so many followup comments. Thanks for doing such a great job of explaining that I *almost* understand what happened and what you had to do to fix it! And of course thanks for all you do to keep the site up and running, and all of us happy with our Worthian fixes.
