As you might have guessed it is NaNoWriMo time! I have booked our usual room over at the NaNo site. I've stocked the fridge and plugged it in. Let's party. Less than 8 days til the madness begins.

I finished my project first draft and it led to an article at an interesting web site, which led to another article and another... It seems I am now a regular contributor. One of these days I will get paid for this.
Made it by the skin of my teeth. It got pretty messy at the end. Very little of it is turning out to be useful for my thesis, but just having done it has given me a very good grounding in what the general trends were and gave me quite a lot of ideas for where to take the thesis. So a month well spent for sure.
Congratulations to both of you! ... I think you are both seasoned professionals at this though?!
