Great idea! I've been having serious lack of inspiration or ideas for chops lately so an open theme is probably the worst possible for me right now. Although having a mentor might give me the boost I need so if I may I'd like to sign up for one. (If anyone would want me considering my intro speech marketing my inspirational abilities. :P )
I'm available, but I've already had a request from Edenquest to work with me, though we haven't officially run it through the mentorship program, or started, this looks like a good place to start

Even if it is an open theme contest, there is nothing stopping the mentors from suggesting a few themes in the HxH, I guess. Actually, I think it may be a good idea if they do so, just to provide some inspiration for those in need of it.

So would you like me to put you on the list of mentors? Are you OK with having, say, two mentees in case we get a lot of them? Otherwise, Edenquest can just sign up here and I'll take a note that they already have a mentor.

Yeah that's fine. I'm in England now, and nothing much to do, so I have ample time to work with a couple of mentees if need be
Tough choice! I've been mentored by Shorra before and it was awesome! But variation is a good thing I've heard. How about that Todd-person? I have a hat similar to his, if all else fails we could always sit back and compare hats. :)
If my current mentee doesn't join I'd be glad to but then it looks like we may double up anyways so I wouldn't having a problem doing that.

I have two mentees from the mentoring program. So that isn't a problem if the mentor has time. So, Todd person, do you think you can handle 2 mentees?
Seeing as how we're on a HxH schedule, yeah I think I could do two (I don't know if my current mentee is going to enter anyway)
