Author's Note: For anyone who doesn't know, The Strawberry Fields section of Central Park in NYC was dedicated to the memory of John Lennon with a mosaic that reads 'Imagine.' He was shot across the street from this location outside of The Dakotas apartment building where he lived. Today is Paul McCartney's birthday and I'm on my way now to go to this spot and play some music with friends. As much as I love John, I hope he doesn't show up today. He and Paul didn't get along after the breakup and I would hate to anger him.
