Author's Note:

The lighting is this shot is 100% from the glow of the glasses. No external lighting was used.

The glasses were coated with glow in the dark liquid (from the inside of glow bracelets). The glowing is from phosphors. Phosphors are a substance that radiates visible light after being energized. I had a mere minutes to catch this image, as the phosphors lose their glow and need to be recharged. Around halloween, is a common time to see glow in the dark jewelery or pendants (the phosphors will last longer in an enclosed environment than outside in air) And it is those phosphors that is the source of light.

Full view is much clearer.
