Author's Note: I haven't done a lot of PhotoShop for a while, and I couldn't resist this cute little doggie as a practice to get back in the swing of it! He's out hitting the campaign trail begging for canine reform---a biscuit with every meal, a doggy bed in every house and lots of head scratches and tummy rubs for every pup in the world! His little eyes just beg you to vote for him!
