Author's Note: Ever notice how giant robots in bad Japanese giant monster movies take like 12 minutes to perform their "power-up" move? Why don't the monsters ever attack them while they're transforming and stuff?
My guess is that the robot tells them to wait and they're just too dumb to not follow orders.
