Author's Note: I really don't have anything against Donald Rumsfeld. However, I found out just hours before the contest ended that my entry had been disqualified because the first person I used was on the list of cliche's (-DOH!-) and Rummy was the only person I could think of on short notice that made even a LITTLE bit of sense!
So why's he a zombie? Only because it's supposed to be a nightmare and even though I had a short time to redo it, I thought simply putting his regular face on Harry Truman's body was kinda lame.
