I love my Mitsubishi 3000GT by sunnymitsu

I love her. She’s black with diamonds and a hot body. She shines brighter than the sun and her elegant look takes my breath away. As soon as I get off work, I run to her and tell her how much I love her. It’s our one-week anniversary tomorrow. I’m going to heat her up and take her out on the town. We’ll hit all the hot spots and watch the sunset from the top of the Main Street parking ramp. I’ll take her for a ride in the woods then take her home for a restful evening. It’s always so hard to say that temporary goodbye and goodnight. I’ll give her a kiss before heading off to bed. I’ll smile as I lay down, knowing that I ‘ll dream of her as I do every night. I would die without her.

I thought life was good before we came together, but now I see what I was missing.

In the morning, we’ll grab breakfast through the drive-thru then catch the sunrise as we cruise the highway. Only two stoplights then it’s zero-to-sixty in four seconds! We’ll bump some upbeat music and enjoy spending time together. Two hundred miles later, we’ll stop for a snack, gas, and a quick nap at Shell. Snuggled tight, her leather makes a wonderful pillow. I’ll tell her how amazing she is when I wake up, and we’ll drive some more. I’ve already told her a million times how stunning she is. She’s a racer. So fast and sleek, she reminds me of a speeding bullet or a shooting star.

I almost quit my job today. But then I started to think of her. She’s very high maintenance, and that means I’m going to have to keep the dough rolling in if I’m going to keep her. And being without her as I was a mere week ago is unthinkable!

Nobody at work understands the bond we share. Pictures of her wallpaper my cubicle and on all the office bulletin boards. The ladies roll their eyes when I talk about her and the guys tell me to get a lift. Yet I see them checking her out. They stare at her pictures and, if they’re lucky enough to see her, they stare at her.

My parents say she’s too old. “a 1999?” they say. “You need a newer car. The 2005 models are stunning and the 2006 cars look promising.” They suggested a Pontiac Solstice. “It’s within your price range and looks hot, “ they said. I couldn’t believe my ears! I explained to them that the last model of the Mitsubishi 3000GT was made in 1999. How can they not see her exclusive beauty and power; her elegant exterior, twin turbo engine, and amazing diamond decal? I wouldn’t trade her for anything in the world! I love her with all my heart. As soon as I shift into overdrive, I feel like a king! I feel like all of my dreams have come true.
