Author's Note: This piece was created first with a large rock. The smaller rocks were painted to look like dolphins & then hot glued to the larger rock. Then hot glue was drizzled & sculpted to look like waves in many layers on the larger rock & around the dolphins to blend them in. Then I used paint, glitter & a high gloss finish to finish them off. The background was created in Paint Shop Pro.
