City streets are never safe after dark now that
the mutation has spread to the sewer lines. What once were unsuspecting city water inspectors, are now mutated into Carnivorous man eating creatures who surface at dusk from the bowels of the city.
The entire image was created from 2 photos and a whole lot of color correction.
