Author's Note: Tormented Rock.
I figured I'd try to convey the torment which molten lava must undergo when being quenched by the coolness of the sea in a typical battle of the elements where one element alone shall never win but fight against each other in a never ending cycle of land formation and it's subsequent erosion.
I perused the canvas Earth galleries and found lots of beautiful images radiating mother nature in all her beauty and decided I'd try a different approach to the theme by expressing darkness and evil spawned from the depths of the Earth.
I guess it's a Yin and Yang thing, all about balance, for where there is balance, there is harmony.
I know it's a pain by the time you get to the bottom of the page but please, please, please do a full view, the faces are so much clearer.
