Author's Note: This is a bowl of Marbles. The sun shining on them thru a window. I set the camera on a tripod, using a slow shutter speed. Then moved the bowl around rather than the camera. Creating this effect. I then did some levels adjustments and added the frame. All input, comments and suggestions are welcome.
