You will not believe what happened yesterday. It was truly remarkable, that I just had to tell my loyal friends.
Well I went shopping with my best friend, Matilda, and we were out shopping for dresses. Well I really liked this dress, but Matilda thought I was crazy when the price tag said $2000. But I know I had to buy it.
The dress was absolutely amazing. It was a liquid blue color, the color of sparkling water. It had streamers coming down from the neck, it reminded me of pure tranquility. The gleam and absolute sparkle of the dress almost looked as if it, as if it was trying to make a statement. If I didn't get this dress, my life wouldn't be worth living.
Well, Matilda thought I was exaggerating, but I can assure her, this dress literally spelled class and elegance. Well I decided that this dress was what I had wanted, and not even a hefty price tag was going to get in the way of me and this dress.
I just thought, why not buy this dress, it is like a second god to me, the shine of the dress blinds me so much that I glare at it hours on end. Well, now for the really fascinating part, I saw EXACTLY the same dress, no joke, it looked the same as the one which had me mesmerized, but you will never guess the price tag... $50. That is right, and here I am, looking at this dress, when there is one which looks like an exact replica of it for more than 50% of the price off. I just couldn't believe my eyes.
So I went to Matilda, and she thought it wasn't that great of a dress, but I assured her that this dress was the best dress which I had ever laid my eyes on.
And guess what, I bought the dress. That is right, I used $50 of my own money to buy this exquisite, elegant dress... I am even wearing it as we speak.
But I cannot tell you how happy I am with this dress, and now I can show it off to everyone, and make them all jealous (although Matilda strangely doesn't think of the dress as a beautiful creation... What does she know?)
