Author's Note: This is an actual illustration from a contemporary edition of Harper's Weekly, depicting the Great Chicago Fire of October 9, 1871. It seems that history has forgotten the *real* cause of this tragic event (and it wasn't Mrs. O'Leary's cow!). Hmmmmmmmmm... ;-)
