Author's Note: My original idea was to photograph a "jelly bean tree" but the cotton which was used to hang the jelly beans from the branches was visible. So I abandoned that idea (and the jelly beans) but a few days later I noticed that ants had feasted on the jelly beans and I figured there was a strong possibility that jelly beans had never been photographed like this before!!
